Maisa recognized in 2025 Gartner Hype Cycle reports for AI and Future of Work

We’re proud to be included in Gartner in this year’s Hype Cycles for Artificial Intelligence and the Future of Work. It’s a meaningful milestone for us, not only because of company we appear alongside, like Google, Amazon, and LangChain, but because of what it represents for our mission.

Enterprises are moving past AI hype and starting to demand systems they can trust. Systems that go beyond demos and actually work inside complex business processes. For us, that’s always been the goal: to bring real accountability, governance, and reliability to AI.

What this says about the market

The term “AI Agent” is everywhere right now. But what it actually means is still unclear. Some use it to describe chatbots with extra steps. Others label basic automations as agents. The result is confusion.

This is where Gartner’s Hype Cycles help. They show which technologies are maturing and which are still noise. Their spotlight on AI Agents and Process Automation highlights one thing clearly: the market is shifting from ideas to impact.

Still, most systems today are black boxes. They make decisions you can’t inspect or explain. That doesn’t work in enterprise environments, where traceability, oversight, and accountability aren’t optional.

Why we are different

At Maisa, we’ve focused from day one on building Digital Workers that can be trusted to handle real work. Not as a pilot, but as a working product inside enterprises.

Our approach centers on what we call reliable Digital Workers. These are AI agents designed to operate with clear responsibilities, within defined workflows, and with full traceability of every step they take. They integrate into existing systems and processes, while meeting the compliance standards enterprises expect.

They’re powered by our core system, the KPU, which combines reasoning and execution in a way that makes each decision inspectable. Everything they do is logged and auditable. That’s what we call the Chain of Work.

They don’t guess. They are hallucination-resistant. And they don’t operate in the dark.

Turning trust into practice

We launched the first version of our core technology just a year ago. Since then, we’ve gone from prototype to production, working with enterprises to deploy Digital Workers that take on real, complex tasks, with full traceability and zero guesswork. This includes deployments in regulated industries like banking and financial services, insurance, automotive, healthcare, where reliability and auditability are non-negotiable.

Maisa’s inclusion in Gartner’s Hype Cycle signals that the industry is moving toward what we’ve long believed: that trust, transparency, and accountability in AI are essential for making automation work in the real world.

It’s a milestone we’re proud of, and a reminder to keep pushing for AI that earns its place inside the systems that run our businesses.
