Why one day
The waiting is the worst part of hiring.
Hiring processes that stretch through four rounds with weeks of waiting between each are tiring for everyone, including us. So we want to change the game. This October, we are bringing every decision maker into a room in Madrid on the same day. You can go through every round, meet all the people you would actually work with, and go home knowing where you stand in the process.
WHAT WE HOLD EACH OTHER TO
Who are we looking for?

A STEM degree in computer science, data, AI or systems engineering. Bachelor's or master's.

Confident writing and debugging Python. Enough to fix an integration while someone waits.

Hands on with APIs and integrations. Built in a delivery context, on a deadline.

Automations you have built yourself. n8n, Zapier, Make, LangChain or similar. Side projects count.

Comfortable talking directly with clients. You will be in the room explaining what you built and why.

Professional Spanish and English. You will use both, sometimes in one meeting.
